Diana – Long Island City

Diana is one of my best friends, and I was so happy to be able to take some portraits of her!

We were in Long Island City, by the cool Pepsi sign. It’s such a cool area because there are so many grungy textures around to use for backgrounds.

She loves to play pool, so it was fitting to get some shots around the pool table. I love this one, she looks so tough!

The pool room itself was decorated in this beautiful rich leather. Very cool atmosphere:)

In these next two I was playing around with my flash… the first photo is bounced flash off of the wall, and the second is with the flash on a table behind her head. Love that backlight 🙂
